This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our site. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use any AGRITEER Service, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electornically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site or through other services of ours. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
PRICES
Prices listed on this site are current. Due to the wide selection of products offered, prices may change without notice. We also reserve the right to make corrections in the event of a misprint.
All individual orders must be accompanied by full payment plus Shipping & Handling charges and applicable state tax (PA, MD residents, 6% & DE residents, 1.69%, & VA residents, 3.5%).
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.
We accept: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and CNH Capital
AGRITEER WILL NOT add a credit card surcharge to your order.
ORDERING OPTIONS
There are three easy ways to place an order:

• Order via telephone from one of our 5 locations during normal business hours
• Stop in at any of our 5 locations and talk to one of our knowledgable staff
SALES TAX
Pennsylvania and Maryland residents are subject to 6% tax. Delaware residents are subject to 1.69% tax. Virginia residents are subject to 3.5% tax. (Tax is applicable to Product and Shipping). Online orders in all other States are Tax Free. There are some products that are non-taxable; therefore, tax will not be applied to those products. Canada residents are subject to their province's current tax rate.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Continental U.S. orders are shipped for speed, convenience and economy. Some restrictions do apply because of quantity, weight, shape or size. Some orders may require additional shipping charges. If the items you are ordering require extra shipping, we will notify you once your order is received.

Please allow 1-2 days to process standard shipment(s).
Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. during weekdays will be prossesed the next day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. If alternative cheaper shipping method is available, unless otherwise specified, it will be used at our discretion.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
AGRITEER attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, AGRITEER does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any AGRITEER Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by AGRITEER itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from AGRITEER are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE
AGRITEER does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, AGRITEER does not take title to the refunded item. For more information about our returns and refunds, please contact our Returns Department.
All return requests must be accompanied by the original bill or invoice. No parts returned after 10 days. No return on electrical or special order parts. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION - YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use any AGRITEER Service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
For you to complete the sign-up process on our site for quicker future checkouts, you may need to provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, member name and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. Any information provided by you or gathered by the site or third parties during any visit to the site shall be subject to the terms of AGRITEER’s Privacy Policy.
TERM
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Website. You may terminate your membership at any time for any reason by following the instructions on the “TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT” in the setting page. We may terminate your membership for any reason at any time. Even after your membership is terminated, certain sections of this Agreement will remain in effect.
COPYRIGHT
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AGRITEER or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of AGRITEER and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of AGRITEER or its software suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any AGRITEER Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Maryland, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AGRITEER.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You hereby acknowledge that all rights, titles and interests, including but not limited to rights covered by the Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the site, and that You will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the site except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any of our services, software, or documentation, or create or attempt to create a substitute or similar service or product through use of or access to the Program or proprietary information related thereto.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS
AGRITEER respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon, and where it can be found.
CONFIDENTIALITY
You agree not to disclose information you obtain from us. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of AGRITEER. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.
WAIVER and SEVERABILITY OF TERMS
Failure of the AGRITEER to insist upon strict performance of any of the terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall not be deemed a relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that the we may have, nor shall it be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the terms, conditions or covenants hereof, which terms, conditions and covenants shall continue to be in full force and effect.
In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Maryland, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. The Agreement describes and encompasses the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the contents and materials provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement.
